Commissioned as a full-service project, our team managed every stage from initial design consultation through to final construction. The brief called for a timeless, elegant home with strong street presence and modern functionality. In response, we developed a refined architectural concept defined by symmetry, proportion, and classical detailing, balanced with contemporary living requirements.

 

The façade draws on traditional French Provincial influences, featuring articulated forms, decorative mouldings, and carefully curated exterior lighting to enhance depth and character. Internally, the home has been designed to maximise natural light and spatial flow, with expansive open-plan living areas that connect effortlessly to the outdoor entertaining and pool zone.

 

Our design and construct service ensured consistency in vision, quality, and execution throughout the project. From spatial planning and façade development to custom joinery, material selection, and on-site delivery, every detail was carefully considered and expertly delivered.
