This project involved the demolition of the existing dwelling and the creation of a brand-new bespoke home, tailored to the client’s requirements for scale, functionality, and refined living.

A carefully considered architectural response underpins the design, defined by clean lines, balanced proportion, and a curated material palette. Each element of the home has been purposefully detailed, with bespoke planning that enhances functionality, flow and overall livability.

The façade presents a strong and composed street presence, with a refined interplay of form, materiality, and proportion that establishes a timeless yet contemporary character.

Internally, the residence is designed to support contemporary family living, with expansive open plan areas forming the heart of the home. These spaces connect seamlessly to outdoor entertaining zones and an expansive crystal-clear pool, reinforcing a strong indoor-outdoor relationship. The upper level accommodates well-appointed bedrooms, including a generous master suite, while the ground floor layout provides flexibility for guests or multi-generational living.
